Using Spectating mode to locate players

I would like to report player ID: Latest Libtard, he changes many times, he has many of them, Steam ID: -0:1:1491152.

I have worned him many times and he still does it, also he is very unrespectual to other players, he threat people all kinds of name from all sort , even some racist ,he also threatens me personnay to come and kill me live me and my family, it's kind of scary, do we need a person like that in this game.

Can any admin ban this person so we can enjoy this game without being always threatened?
