Could you spot a cheater?
 

I was just wondering what experience your admins have in the cheat detection department?Doesn't seem like many of them have much dod experience beyond pubbing once in awhile.It is kind of hard to make those assumptions without having played against good,experienced players.Without that experience you have no idea what is or isn't possible in this game.

i update them with all the new and latest dod 1.3 working hacks that i get off the known hacking websites. diamond updates the server config so when it sense that third party program your whole acct gets banned from steam.

i miss the really old sniper speed hack.. go scopeed type something into the console and race around the map x5 speed.. lol.. im showing my age now..

speaking of spotting hackers.. is it possible for someone your speccing to i guess make you skip them? or while your speccing them, you switch to speccing someone else?

I think it's a subject worth considering. I mean, last night, for the first time ever on the Avamods/C:/ server, I was accused of hacking. Which led to slayings for such assumptions, kicking, more slayings (hurt mein scoren :( ). I won't mention who the guy was, seeing as I'm not 'that guy' that tattle tales on people.

But I'm just saying, the admins of Avamods should know that ridiculous things are possible (and, most of them do; a select few might not). I've been playing DoD for at least 3 years, and over that time I've learned how to use weapons. Such as the bren for instance. I've gotten so accustomed to the recoil on it, that I know how to control it and focus the fire in a very small area on the other side of the map (I haven't changed my sensitivity rating in 2 years). So if I get a headshot with a bren across the map, it's not that I'm scripting, I just instinctively know how much to pull down on the mouse to counter the recoil. Also, since I've been playing dod_avalanche for way too long, I know where people hide or where fire is coming from. It's not that I'm walling or turning around and aimbotting you, I just know where you are - instinctively. Play me on hill_classic; the only thing I got there is the skill with my weapons. Other than that, I get rizaped.

Just something to think about.

yeah I used to use the bren a fair bit.. certainly is possable.. same with the bar really...
I just gotta figure out the k43 and the ak47lookalike and of course I suck with sniper rifles and Mg's :P

yea the bar and the bren are really similar

Bren is the best gun in the game by far. 30 round clip, as powerful as the BAR, quick, mountable, and easy to control. With base damage at around 60-80 for a normal hit, 212 (overkill) for a good head shot, you'd be crazy not to use it a lot. It just mows mothafuckas down. Master that, and you're walking Death.

ya, I did quite well with it for a while... but all my decent stints with certain guns pass... I want the 5/1 ratio back :(
