Why did i get perm ban?

Okay heres the thing i got bnned for being prone beside the tank in Avalanche, first i didnt know it wasnt allowed. Maybe i shouldve read the the rules but i didnt, sorry. But to get Perm Ban for that whithout a warning is pretty unfair.

ps: reason: prone on tank , Spamming portuguese , 400 ping out of the 3 only the first one, the 2nd one i didnt spam i answerd someone else ONCE in spanish,aqnd my ping is barely over 150 sometimes so dont go giving me pings i never have and when i do, i just leave because i know it might crat general lag.

There is an invisible line that if the allies cross, they get killed. Its to stop people from spawncamping. You shouldnt prone behind any point like that.
