AvaMods 3.o Banlist Purge
The vast majority of the banlist has been unbanned, bringing it down from 500+ active bans to about 150.
Most non hacking/cheating bans were removed as well as most of the bans from over 5 years ago. On top of that, a lot of bans by certain admins were also removed. so for those newly unbanned, thank you for your patience
