he uses cyber cafe accounts... there is lists of them with the name and passwords but u have to agree to some agreement so i didnt want to use one... but yeah he basically has hundreds he can use, i got list of username and pass

as for the IPs.. that doesnt really help as just about anyone can forcefully change their ip (or wait till their isp changes it which is usually at least every couple weeks).. but he probably has a proxy anyway so it wouldnt really matter what you do..

so banning a mass of IPs can be bad, since other users could possibly have one of his old IPs now...

The IPs aren't for banning. They are more for research. I am pretty convinced that there is actually more than one MASH. I think he is kind of like a viral dod hacker. He trades you your Steam account for all the info and software, and when you go use it, you are now a MASH too. His hacks are the most sophisticated I have seen since I ran into a guy way back in beta_1.3b named, Xander, who could target whoever he liked from anywhere on the map. Some people are just too smart with compueter code for their own good.

ya theres really no way to stop him from coming :(

maybe someday vac or a new release of hlguard will pick up some of his stuff.. but by the time that happens.. he'll have new stuff 10x over
