Apology to Ramirez.

I'm offering my public apology to Gen. Ramirez. I was unaware that he was Dutch and unfairly mocked his spelling and grammar. I apologize for my retardation and brash words to someone that doesn't honestly speak english as a first language. I assumed (yes..I assumed..fuck you) that he was either from the US or a country where English is spoken fluently. I'm a douche. Hope you can forgive me Ramirez.
