what cds??? (i have done that before...online there is also a video where they put christmas lights in the microwave, and they lit up, it was pretty cool)

Although Dban is nice tool.. nothing is safe on a HD.. you can wipe it but the shits still there, short of taking the drive apart and burning each platter, the feds are still gonna get that data.

nothling like going AFSSI-5020 on a HD (Look it up)
