DOD login issue

Hey everyone! Long time no see. I have been severly busy at work recently and just haven't had the time to log on in the last few weeks. I know, I know... sacrilege! So yeah, the new problem I have is an error message when I try to log on to DOD.

"Platform Error: bad module 'Friends/friendsUI.dll', not loading"

I know we have some computer guru's in here, so I figured I would ask you first. Any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix it?

delete \friends\friendsUI.dll and Steam\ClientRegistry.blob

if that doesnt work probably reinstall steam, but that should work
