My monitor broke.....
So a few days ago there was a power outage in my neighborhood and my adapter for my monitor got fried. Now im typing from a computer at school. I checked a few electronic stores around me and they dont have it. Does anyone know if i can use some other adapter without damaging the monitor? The only other place i can check is ebay or the HP company itself.

Don't feel bad Rocket my old cpu had a power surge when I accidently hit the power bar and fired my power supply. I put a new power supply in but it won't turn off.
