hold down the esc key until the messages boxes stop, then hold the ctrl key, the flash file will stutter , you should be able to access the toolbars at the top..
at this point go into your options and disable javascript, you will be able to close it

you can also just do ctrl+alt+delete and just end the browser process

or you can just use firefox with NoScript and not have to worry bout it unless you manually allow the script to run
