One is a comcast broadband account and the other is earthlink dialup... but they're both comming from the same computer.

both IPs seem to be behind firewalls idk lol.. but they stop at ireland and actually do appear to be possibly from different hosts

Not a firewall, just a linksys router with ICMP turned off

I've had a static ntl IP for about 6 months though, cant remember who franks with but at the rate he disconnects im guessing he's getting a new IP assigned most times.
