the thruway tolls have already gone up twice this year.. then on june 1st cigarette tax increase is a huge jump (doesnt really matter to me but i think it was like 1.50 increase per pack making a single pack over 6$, when we already are one of the highest to begin with).. now i just find out that the online sales tax shit that was supposed to get stopped has actually gone thru and also starts on june 1st.. and seeing as how our gas tax is one of the highest on the east coast they'll probably decide to increase that too *edit* ..last i saw gas here it was $4.10 a gallon

my parents said the avg in their ford escape is about 14mpg and my mom drives on the highway to and from work and shes still only getting that...
the average on my car after about 2500 miles is 29mpg so thats not too bad, better then my old car which was around 20

i get about 18 city and 25 highway in a good week :).. i do a lot of distance so i kinda works out

just got gas today.. about $50 to fill it up @ $4.03 a gallon (had a little less then 2 gallons to begin with)

and id probably get better mileage if there was normal gas around here instead of E10

mine was in empty and i have a 20.00 gallon tank... :(
