steam not working again or do I have to reinstall again...

I'm about to sit down to a game. I know steam was broken last night. Couldnt record demos without losing text, couldnt use "status" in console. Friends kept beeping as though a message had been received, but there wasnt. You know.. the usual.

yeah there was definitely some issues earliar.. VAC seemed to be down, but its back up now...

so what your saying is steam doesn't know what a UPS or generator is?
