I need some help with my config file.. then i may play play for more than 10 minutes a month

Its been so fucking long since i played, I forgot all the shit..

1) why is my hud text so fucking big?

2) I did have a line in my old config that let me jump higher , crouch+jump i think ... fuck I dunno

3)someone point me to a interweb site so i can fix this shit and start owning U fucks again
