What happened to the server, did it closed down permanently??

Well basically there is some major issues with the machine its running on and I have struggled to access it to do anything about it. Sometimes I can get on it briefly but its very inconsistent and some of the issues happening are beyond the scope of just the game server so resolving the issues with the access I have is unlikely to be successful

So what seems to be happening is the entire server machine is being attacked on a large scale by chinese & russian hackers and the person who the server belongs to seems to have been MIA for quite some time now. So the attacks are pretty much overwhelming it and shutting down all RDP access to the server and there is currently nothing I can do about it since I do not have shell access.

There is also some sort of network related issue that is either preventing the game server from starting properly and even more of an issue is when it does start, it seems to constantly restart over and over while giving network errors. Not really sure what is even going on with all that stuff.

...so it might come back up, it might not. It is kind of out of my control at the moment so my apologies that it has had horrible uptime in the last month or two
