ok i finally figure how to make the avatar now i need to know how to put the big picture at the bottom.

you gotta host a picture on a website first. photobucket is free and works well. upload the pic there.

then, you have to go to User/CP at the top of the forum screen and link to the uploaded pic in the signature box.
