plz, recommend a gooder mic
 

k well i just bought this: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/pr...CONTENTID=9523 gay headset in july 06 and the mic on it just like...stopped working the other day (yes, ive checked my settings and tried it on other computers and yes the mic is switched on). it has a year warranty on it but i threw away all the packaging and the receipt. all i have is the headset, duh, and the instruction manual, so i dont know if theyll honor it. doubt it. even when it "worked" people could barely hear me. everytime i buy a new headset mic, its shitty. so im tired of having shitty headsets and shit so recommend a good headset mic or i wouldnt die over having a freestand mic because i have a bestbuy gift card from christmas i still havent wasted.

however a better mic would be the walmart one.. for a cheap mic, a lot of people swear by them

Battlefeild 2 Headset, trusty and it works well.

I've got a Campbell's Stringsonic mic, great sound quality with it.

$20 plantronics audio 90 that is a few years old still works fine

Well there's one problem with that, hawkeye... you're not supposed to put the mic in your eye.

if you want a leeeeeet headset icemat siberias... or be jewish like me buy a 26$ logitech at bestbuy.. but get this buy a warrantey with it omg when it breaks.. 2$ for a new one!!!!
