The ascii scene was huge back in the 14,400 days. when you connected to a BBS there were screens of ascii pics and cracker group logos were all ascii.. ahh the good old days of 3:1 ratios and the mailman brings the newstuff on discs.

heh back in the day when i knew visual basic.. i made an app that took black & white pictures and made ASCII 'images' out of them.. was the shit hehe


..and just the fact that this thing is thru telnet makes it feel so vintage lol
