Is he an unlucky asshole or a lucky son of a bitch? I think I've read about diseases like this. In third world countries there isn't as much medical treatment available so gland diseases....stuff dealing with the lymphnodes,etc...aren't treated properly and can swell up to pretty damn big sizes. Go to rotten.com and see some of there "goiter" pics for good examples.
