OK, first off THC stays in your system longer than alcohol(plus victims is a pretty broad word), and second, when i smoked i drove more cautious.

Truth. pretty much tells me where certain "chemicals/poisons" in cigarettes are in things such as rocket fuel, anti freeze and batteries.. Sure if you break down these chemicals that far to probably a molecular scale you could say they are in cigarettes. For example.. they talk about prison executions(Hydrogen Cyanide HCN) yet they dont mention that it is also used to help produce pharmaceuticals.
