Sex, Food and Sleep..
arranged in that order or seperatly we need those things to survive.

Men are like cars they need..
oxygen, motor oil and gasoline.
If you starve us of them we'll be grumpy and won't run properly. Ignore our needs and we'll eventually break down... and then start to chase the fast little miata on the highway instead of comming to to take your demon child to soccor practice.
