Help ! (to play the dod_avalanche (Avamods) in a Lan Server)

Hi, I want to know what I need to do, if I want make a lan normal (not dedicated) server to make little tests, with the dod_avalanche and the respective mods, like we can play and see in the Avamods server everydays in our sad, dominated,sucking, absolutely insignificant and empty life time. Dload a server pack put on some plugins (many guides online)
, couple of plugins are not public and im not sure even if you ask nicely you will get em all
