I've seen several people claim it wont let them change their name ever since the steam update, haha. Snipersquad (MYMOMDIDNTHUGME) was bitching about it a few weeks ago too, he didnt know how to change it.

yeah then when you tell them to use the console to change it they either dont even know what the console is or they say it still doesnt work lol...
..like Lt.Benson the other day, i had to change his name for him cause he said the console wasnt working
