dont lose out on all those internets...

you will need to get to the command prompt. The command prompt was made specifically for backing up the internet. It doesn't do much else. You can reach the command prompt by clicking the start button and selecting run. When the run screen comes up, type cmd. If you are not using Windows 2000 or XP, you can find the command prompt or MS-DOS prompt under the program menu.

The command prompt will be a black screen. If you have made it this far, you're almost halfway there! Don't give up! Now, we need to get into the C drive or make sure we are there already, so, type c: and press enter. Place a floppy disk in your floppy drive. Now, type the following in the prompt.

backup.exe /all -internet a:

This will begin the backup onto floppy disks, you are all finished! Floppy disks are the most efficient place to store plenty of data, that's why we used them for the backup of the internet. Just make sure you insert a new floppy disk after a few minutes or so. I recommend every 3 minutes since the computer will not warn you that the disk is almost or completely full. This tutorial will work only for Windows.
