This isn't a server run by children with control problems. I don't care if people dick around as long as it's not bugging people who are trying to play. That said, I am not banning him. If I was on I'd kick him if everyone in the server said they couldn't mute him. Live and let go. You're losing too much sleep over this. You could have disabled voice also since there was nothing you could do about it at the time. If there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it i.e. blocking, hacking, spawn killing, etc. That's the only time anyone should be kicked or banned. I wasn't there so I'm not going to just ban this guy, because you say so. Had I been there and he kept it up after being kicked I would have banned him for like an hour. If you ever saw any of C:/ ban lists it's only people who were reported by more than one person as hacking, for the most part. Aside from the bans that came from idiots who couldn't handle having administrative rights. Good day, and God's speed.
