You scroll? That surprises me.

bind "2" "slot2"
bind "MWHEELDOWN" "slot5"
bind "MWHEELUP" "slot3"
bind "w" "lastinv"

That way I don't have an issue after throwing a nade. But yeah, this bug is just another example of dod being an unfinished game.
