ya i heard about that like a week ago or so... idk many details about it, but it definitely seems fucked up.. some of the republicans that voted against it are even women! usually they would be all for something like this... definitely shows the problem with the 2 party system
but then again if youve decided to work for Halliburton/KBR youre getting gang raped anyway.. and im in no way surprised that the repubs voted against it.. im sure some of them have connection to it, be it finacial, political, or just the fact that they fear the mess that could happen from any investigation or public 'scene' involving the contractor.. as its bush/cheney's most controversial no-bid contract with an endless trail of suspicious (and thats saying it nicely) actions..

i just dont see how a company can be allowed to deny employee's their rights and/or circumvent the law... And its funny that the contract to work for KBR has that shit, i assume some of their employees know this or something cause theres quite a few reported rapes by male KBR employees against female employees
