Now that i thought of it more. i kind of see a point in them opposing the bill. Is it really the companies fault that she had been sexually assaulted? It shouldnt be the companies fault unless they neglected the problem if it was clearly happening.

Most people when harassed at work would probably blame the business they work for because there's more money in prosecuting them then the one who commited the harassment. Im gonna geuss it boils more down to the point is if companies are reliable for their employees actions at the work place. Once again if its obvious these things are being done and the companies are just neglecting whats going on, then yes they should be held responsible.
