i didnt get his steam id, i went on irc and no one was there, the kid constantly just screams and he put up votes like every time you could to kick hawkeye. since we cant vote twice, i couldnt put up the vote ban. ive vote banned him like 3 times and ive seen him kicked at least 10 times.
