this is the askme toolbar, not really, malware, more of an adware issue, not really an issue but meh........
I would also reccomend getting the cc cleaner and running the registry cleaner on your system, you have some Ophan installers sitting there.
Anyways you look a lot better now, my accounts department will will forward you the bill..
