Why was I banned?
 

Ok, i dont get it. I was in game, i went to spec and then was trying to change which players i was viewing and it started killing the player i was spectating. Walrus said "cute man, you're banned" I said "wtf, i just went to spec to see how someone was playing and it did that" he said "cute story" and perma banned me. The reason in your ban list says "cheating/hacking". I did no such thing, and have played in that server for the past few weeks with no problems. Ask players like "STFU Can't touch this", "Grandpa", VAMPIR, LUCIFER, Shevchenko, CMF Dominik (i also play on his server quite often, he can vouch for me), and quite a few others... like any of the {H.A.T.} members as well as teh CoR memembers can attest to me not being a hacker/cheater. I dont cheat/hack. Unban please.

i believe it wasnt intentional.. i was able to recreate the bug that i thought i had fixed, doesnt happen everytime when switching to spec while using the shotgun but it does happen. And it does kill ppl when you click to change who you spectate if youre not in free-look mode. I think Ive got it fixed and it shouldnt happen after the next map change..

Yeah, i have never seen that before. I know a few days ago a guy named Kalle was killin people with a yellow name, but he had a body to him, not in spec or anything. I even tried to explain it, but all i got was "cute story" lol. It was a true story though. Anyways, im glad that it has been fixed. I await the map change (which could be days.... lol) see you in-game.

Oh, and I also think that you guys are having someone hack your server and boot people. Earlier today and yesterday people were getting kicked with DoD freezing up on them. Happened to everyone in the server multiple times. Grandpa was there and so was Espagne Rulez, and two guys from STFU. It was weird. Is that just u guys working on the server or someone hacking it?

ya i noticed something wierd a little while ago where everyone got booted and it seemed to be booting everyone when they reconnected.. idk what it is just yet lol

You seem to have a problem with doing naughty things ingame.

well first of all, i never got a warning, and there are no rules posted up when u go into ur server. everytime someone has told me to stop doing something, i have.

3 - White model happens when u choose a class that is already taken, and the game spawn timer runs out and it spawns u without a weapon or anything

4 - inconsistent sounds is cuz i use custom content. I have custom romanians models and stuff for the axis, and russians for the allies. I have custom weapons, weapon sounds, flags, and I even recorded my voice for the romanian soldier commands giving commands in romanian.

5 - The spec killing thing WAS an accident. It was a glitch i had never experienced before... and i pointed it out to diamond optic.

6 - I did not throw a nade into the spawn area (which is the building and airstrike radio area). I did throw it in the little drop down area where the door is that people like to block in. That is true. But that is not spawn. I also do not engage people in their spawn unless they start shooting at me, or are scoped in at me. I think that is only fair that if they will shoot me from in there, i can shoot back, correct? I do mortar strike that area though. If you aim at the wall above that area, you can call for artillery there.

7 - Yeah, i was under the name "Terminator T-101" as i was doing my Schwarzennegar impression.

8 - If what i was doing was bad, why didn't you just say something? Or perhaps put up the rules as u enter the server... This no warning thing happened last time with the spec kill. No warning, just a simple good bye... I'm not a stupid polish player that comes in and screams and complains and shit. I come in to have fun and play with the regulars in there.

9 - Was this a perma ban? It said 3 hours when i got banned, but it still not letting me join.

Perhaps you didnt see the large colored banners flashing on your screen intermittently that say DO NOT ATTACK DIRECTLY INTO SPAWN.

Im not sure who youre trying to lie to, as i saw you throw it in. No one was there attacking you, you ran up and started peeking the corner into spawn. I feel no need to warn you. This is a 10 year old game.

Well, when i join the server, the MOTD is just a bunch of japanese or chinese characters... nothing in english. so i dunno what that is all about.

As for attacking into spawn, apparently we have different definitions about where spawn is. I take it that spawn is inside the building and the part right outside it where the airstrike radio is, not where the doorway leading to the first flag and down the stairs is... u know, the little area u drop down into after running by the radio on the boxes. I usually drop unprimed nades there and run, and it gets people as soon as they leave their spawn. Now, people also go to the left of that drop, and come around the first flag, where they sit and snipe out of what (i believe) u consider to be spawn as well. You're right, every server has its own definition of what spawn is, most don't call that spawn. Just as most don't call the tank by the other team's spawn actually part of their spawn, since no one SPAWNS there. If that is what u guys consider spawn, i'm sorry for not knowing your definition of the word. I apologize for throwing nades there, but u should have just said something instead of insta-ban.

Being an admin is not just banning and kicking, it's about making sure people understand your rules, are respectful to other players, and other issues. What do you do about the people who can't read english (or japanese/chinese) and they don't understand what is writtten on the motd? Do you just instaban them too? There are also other options like slap, slay, kick, etc. Unless u just get off on banning, then it's just ur personal issue.

Youve somehow gotten it into your head the the banned people matter to the community. Droplets in an ocean of piss, friend. One min youre here, then youre gone; nothing of value is lost. im just sayin man, sometimes a ban isn't always warranted. And the reason i bring up the issue of where spawn lies, including the tank, is that many people sit in their spawn, shoot out of it, and then whine about getting killed there. Or in this case, u insta-ban people for killing people in spawn, but allow other people to shoot from spawn. If the map was made for that to be considered spawn, it would have been made so you couldn't shoot from there or shoot into there. But it wasnt made like that. It was made to be up for interpretation. Which goes back to my point, that each person and each server has their own definition of what spawn is. If you would have said to me, "Hey terminator, don't throw nades there, that is considered to be in spawn here." i would have said sorry and not done it again. Just as many servers consider the whole buidling with the W-crack and the double windows to be part of spawn, they let people know that it is considered as such (although those servers are far and few between). But u didn't tell me, didnt give me a chance to stop or apologize or anything. U just laughed and banned.

Again, common sense. As timmy said, most people come and go without ban or incident. What is it about you that makes you different? Must be some reason you keep getting bans right?

Your warning is a ban and the more you talk the more it was clearly warranted, cause you're a fuck tard who feels entitled to something you have not earned nor deserve. If it's such an issue you need to go play on another server, because we have operated like this long before you showed up and we will continue to operate in the same way.
