This happened to me as well. Then I minimized Steam in frustration. Later, I loaded it up, and it wanted me to pay for everything I already owned. I'm thinking "wtf is this nonsense?" But turns out all I had to do was exit and load up Steam again. Steam's apps have been glitchy recently. At least for me.

ok I'll be a little more consise.. when you remove it...remove the folders and all record of it just being on the PC..All steam based games leave shit behind when you remove them. No apologies for Length/Girth I'm fucking tired
