Great server

Hello all... I would like to start out by saying how much I enjoy the server. I have a great time and realy enjoy the comunity that revolves around it. With that said, I have noticed a bit of trend that is similar to another server I used play on a lot.
When admins start loosing thier tolerance towards other players old and new it seems that the traffic to that server starts to decrease.
I dont mean this thread to be taken wrong and there really isnt anyone here I would say is abusing thier admin powers. But I would hate to see this server become like the PM server I used to like playing on. Thier admins got to be so full of themselves they would kick you and ban you just because. Thier moto was if you dont like then leave. Well every one left and now at any given time the server is empty with just bots.

I hyper linked a thread from thier server which used to be next to impossable to get on just to help make some sense of this post I probably shouldnt of writen.
I just dont want to see this server become like that one.

I do expect to get bashed but I feel I have played here long enough to at least express an opinion.

As a former admin here, I'll give you a little background

Avamods is fun place populated by immigrants, druggies, losers and all round great people , some of the newer admins can be a little cocksure of themselves, hell I used to kick you if you ran past a flag lol.

The older admins like to keep a quiet yet fun server, and if that means kicking one or two people so be it.. sometimes an admin will play with you a bit first (fnarrr) just to you get in back in line, be it a name change, a slap or gagging you.. 9/10 that will work, the 1/10 who dont get back in line deserve it, do you know why?

Avamods is NOT a democracy, the 1st Amendment and Freedom of Speech do not apply here,

perhaps it is time for a reality check. This is - verbatum - the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution:

#1 - If you are not a citizen of, or physically present in, the United States of America, the United States Constitution DOES NOT apply.

#2 - The amendment prohibits the United States Congress, AKA, the United States Government, from passing laws that restrict freedom of speech.

#3 - Avamods is owned and operated by an individual who is a private citizen. It is NOT a governmental / legislative entity - let alone the U.S. Congress. Therefore, the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution concerning Freedom of Speech does NOT apply to this server/forum

Its all good I was just trying to pass on an observation. I've personaly have never had any issues here and I think for the most part this is an awesome server. No matter what you do your going to piss someone off at some time.
I was just hoping I could help keep it fun.
