the first time i wanted to get on cdrive since i got back from CPL (i've quit DoD since), and the server is down. akrama tells me it's because you crash the server with all your STOOPID PLUGINS

take em off! we need good ol' classic drive fun!

yea in case no one noticed i don't play on the cdrive server anymore, all the plugins are kinda distracting.


and it doesn't run very well for me either. pos-ass fps.

i dont know what all this drama is about and i dont really care cause its not my business. i just have a question.


besides the extra grenades and smoke grenades (which i think are both awesome btw), what other plugins are actually running? cause i dont seem to have any problems with the server.


i have a shit* computer and i still get max fps. if you have a computer that cant run a game engine that is 7 years old, then the problem lies not with the server...

and as far as the server crashing goes, ive only seen it down once. it was like 4am and it was back up the next day. so maybe it would be constructive for everyone to list their issues with the server. if one particular issue seems to be common with everyone, then maybe something can be done.


*i have an AMD@1.6ghz, 128mb DDR video, 512mb ram. this is WAY out-dated and i have no problem playing in the c server or any others.

oh the fps issue's cuz of my computer, not the server. i think you're doin a good job running the server, it's getting more traffic than ever now.


it's a personal choice that i don't play on the server, i just don't like all the plugins.

OK...Adam for one i told you that the server was fucked up and then i told you that i didnt know if it was from the plug-ins or not cuz i really dont know...but its seams to be working for me fine now. Im not mad or ne thing...but i can get into the server so its not a problem for me but other people it might very well be. And Adam G Damron. i love you Good God that moonshine :eek:
