admin abuse?

i would like to know what the rules are for admins?
ive noticed some an admin called COLTRON pretty much abuses his status bigtime.

Here a lil log:

as u can see, i just killed coltron, i wasnt in spawn protection........nor was i in spawn. we had 1 flag left on our side, and i was just defending it.
i killed coltron many times.
but does that mean, he can do what ever he wants only cos hes an admin?

and one other thing, there as a map vote, clear vote.
then colton changes the map to what he wants.....someone said, well hes an admin, he can do what ever he wants, so i said, (by voice ingame) well clearly he can....

then he just muted me, voice and chat,.....
ill copy the entire console text for proof if needed.

But please can the boss of avamods, clear the admins rules up a bit, if there are any....
cos avamods will lose lots of ppl, if admins can just screw around with what ever they wanna do....

I dont mean to push any buttons, but i just wannna clear it up.

you know before you go making outrageous claims, like "i was killing him so much xd" you should know that the stats dont lie.

so being near my first flag, defending is, is spawn protection? so what ur saying is, i woulnt even be able to cap my first flag, cos its spawn protection?

and basicly your proving my point, cos u feel attacked, seeing from how u responded to my tread, but im not attacking u, i just wanna know what the rules for admins are, so i can understand your actions.
and know that when an admin is on, ur not allowed to kill them or do anything......cos they will punish u, when ever they feel like it. well atleast u do. other admins seem pretty cool, so cant say anything about them.

i apolize i had to say this, but all i just want is some understanding of the admin rules.

edit: Spawn protection: Mgs that kill the opposing team if they get too close. You were behind them. i was near the flag.

so in other words, there is no point at all protecting the last flag, cos if we defend it, we are breaking the spawn protection rule?
