i think it's safe to say the server is now all that the regulars have wanted it to become... er... aside from not having tk's count as "kills"?

did a tiny bit more work on this.. some slight improvements to the aiming shit


and since this seems to be a problem already i guess i need to add that calling artillery and/or killing people with it in the spawn is considered attacking into spawn
