ok so i was playing some gta
a and it was all good.
then i played some dod. then i went back into gta
a.
now the entire game is running ultra-fast. the game clock is going real fast. it looks like the frame-limiter isnt working.
the frame limiter is enabled in the game and my v-sync is enabled. what do i do now?
