another computer problem

ok so i was playing some gtaa and it was all good.

then i played some dod. then i went back into gtaa.

now the entire game is running ultra-fast. the game clock is going real fast. it looks like the frame-limiter isnt working.

the frame limiter is enabled in the game and my v-sync is enabled. what do i do now?

(im gonna reinstall the game and get back you)

ya no prob!

so ya the problem came back again. but a little googling said to disable a core. i did and it always works now.
